How do I Register?
It's easy to register! Just click on the appropriate registration form below, where you will be able to fill out the application and pay online. If you do not want to register & pay online, please download the appropriate registration form, print it out and mail it to us at:

To avoid getting shut out of a spot, register early. Placement is on a first come, first serve basis until sold out.  In some cases a waiting list is kept in the event of cancellations. There will be no confirmation call. Clinics are very stable and are very unlikely to be cancelled.
